RatPack was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with on so many levels. I booked a camper van rental in New Zealand thru RatPack and am so glad I did for a number of reasons. Everyone I spoke to during the booking process was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, had helpful suggestions and were always prompt at getting back to me. Once we picked up the camper van we had numerous issues with it and when the van company were less than helpful and/or very slow to respond when I contacted them, RatPack always intervened on our behalf and got us the help we needed. I have asked for a partial refund from the camper van company and they told me that I was a VIP member because I had booked thru RatPack so am sure that my request will be taken more seriously as a result. Even tho I have now been home for over a week RatPack is still keeping in touch with me to make sure that I get satisfaction from the rental company. If I ever need to book anything again that RatPack can help me out with I will absolutely use them as their level of service and their helpful/friendly staff go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. RatPack rocks!!!!!!

Zan was super helpful couldn’t recommend him or the company enough! He has was so patient and literally had an answer for every question possible. Would highly recommend and would absolutely use the company again!

Stef helped us out and made the process of booking a van super easy. Just had to tell them what I wanted / when I wanted it and I had options available. They’re a friendly service provider and are easy to navigate all through phone calls and Facebook messenger. Would 100% recommend to somebody needing assistance 🙂
