I am so happy I came across RatPack Travel! I found them after a quick google search looking for camper van rentals for my 2-week New Zealand trip. I requested a quote and contacted them via WhatsApp, and Gregg is the representative who helped me. He responded so quickly and gave me a call to better understand what my travel plans are, what my needs are, and then provided me with options to consider. He shared his own experiences using the camper vans, so it made me feel that much better about the van I went with, because there’s tons of options out there, and it would’ve taken me a full day just to research them all! I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever to make a decision on the spot, although I did end up choosing fairly quickly, because I felt Gregg was genuine and really did give me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. He even got me a discounted rate, since they have contracts with many of these van rental companies, so they’re able to get deals for bringing them business.
