I found Rat Pack after searching for motorhome rentals on the web. After a quick WhatsApp message via the link on the website requesting information on dates and prices, I received a swift response by WhatsApp. This was followed up by a phone call from Dom, who was excellent and provided me with a range of options to suit various budgets via WhatsApp while still on the call. We took the weekend to review the options and received a call from Dom as promised to discuss our decision. After we raised some alternative options we had found over the weekend, Dom spoke directly to the RV provider and price matched a great deal, backed up by their superior insurance product and peace of mind support. Highly recommend Rat Pack and Dom was extremely helpful. We now look forward to our trip to Australia later in the year.
