A friend told me about Rat Pack Travel, I did my East Coast adventure through them, they took care of everything such as tours and my bus pass, I got good
discounts and advice. I actually went into the office and met Sam in Byron Bay, he is a great lad and down to earth guy, they can also give you tips
on which hostels to stay in which was hugely helpful. Would recommend Rat Pack to everyone!!
Sorted out the whole east coast (Fraser Island whit Sunday,Great Barrier Reef the ones we wanted)in one sitting. As we were in an rv he showed us other things to do while driving north to cairns which helped as a lot of other companies done 80 dolla day trips to where he told us to go for free. Good knowledge of hidden spots and where to explore as he’d done it previously. Broke down the price and showed us what our money was getting bit by bit which was good as we knew our total outlay immediately so we could budget for the next month. Other firms offered us pricier packages for the same trip and RatPack got us 4/5 nights in hostels as well in the price. (After the trips you’ll need a hostel to recover and also all the trips throw after parties so it’s advised to get a hostel) no complaints and chucked in an decent t-shirt! Cheers SamShow Less
Ratpack Travel was brilliant in helping to cut costs for our 5 week East Coast Roadtrip!!! I heard about Ratpack through WheresMollie blog when searching
about but was initially unsure of prices and nervous about booking a campervan online …HOWEVER when I spoke to Sam (who contacted me very promptly)
I was so so so relieved to finally get some real, honest, and personable advice. Our trip couldn’t have gone smoother and we had some amazing recommendations
for places we would never have thought to visit. Sam went above and beyond, and throughout our trip, I was more than happy to recommend him! Best
Thank you Sam for being such a great support.
Great Service !
Had a guy called @Sam at ratpack, who gave us such nice tips and booked us a great fraser island and whitsunday tour. Was unbelievable funny and
beautiful. Everything was perfect no problem with the tours. ( Except that b**ch cyclone Debbie, which destroyed the islands..)
Sam from Ratpack was so nice. He is not like the other bloodsucker at greyhound and co.
Authentic and normal guy. Made us a good timetable for travelling and still gave us some more recommendations for tours and trips via Facebook
