offered me to do that next day, open ticket for any day in the future or get the payment back. Got the payment back for the next day. So easy!

Few time to travel left, schoolies week and many, many things remaining on our list – three challenges we confronted Sam with. But no worries – gave a
call here, gave a call there and sorted out the most reasonable combination of deals for my friend and me. We had the time of our lives and we’re glad
we met you smart guys by accident actually 🙂

Thanks Sam! You totally saved my ass!! I’m not a planner and turned up on the East Coast at the busiest time without anything booked. Thank God on one
lazy morning I dropped into RatPack Travel. Sam recommended great tours that suited me (I’ve done them all and they were spot on!) and sorted me out
with my Stray pass for New Zealand, with the itinerary booked too. Honestly I wouldn’t have done that and would have been in real trouble as New Zealand
was booked out and loads of people were on standby. He also got it for me cheaper than the advertised (already discounted) price. Put your trust in
him, he will see you right!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review because there are too many good things to say about RatPack Travel! I originally planned on travelling
the East Coast of Australia completely on my own without the help of any travel agents or companies until I stumbled across this cute little office
in Byron Bay… and I’m so glad I did! I wouldn’t call RatPack just any ol’ travel agency because if we’re being honest, most of them just try
to push everything they can onto you. Sam and his team are so dedicated in making your trip as memorable and awesome as possible but in the most
genuine of ways, it makes you happy you put your trip planning in their hands. Plus they are so accommodating if you change your mind about a particular
trip. You need a refund? Not a problem! Sam has handled everything for me with no issues or hassles of any kind. Thank you RatPack, you guys have
made my time in Australia better than I could have ever imagined. Next time I visit Byron Bay, your office will be my first stop to say hello 🙂
