Brilliant! Sam is so helpful. We had problems with one of the tours no fault of ratpack travel but Sam really went out of his way to help us anyway.
Stop by his shop in Byron, you won’t regret it and so much cheaper than anywhere else!
Jake Finley organised me a very nice Camper for New Zealand and negotiated a discount with the supplier which I wouldn’t have received through other organisations.
Thanks a lot for this big achievementShow Less
Rented a camper van through Sam and we had the BEST time cruisin the Great Ocean Road! He was super helpful and responsive, answered alllllll my dumb
questions, happily made a few changes and everything worked or smoothly. Also got to meet him when I was down in Byron recently and he’s just a
fun and really nice guy. Would definitely book through RatPack again, WOOO!
Sam is really helpful and is willing to answer any sort of question you may have. I enquired about a campervan in New Zealand and Sam found me lots
of quotes and gave me advice on places to visit there too. At the same time I had received a quote from a company and the deal was good so he told
me to book directly with them. I will defiantly be booking a tour with RatPack Travel when I visit Australia and I would recommend booking with
these guys to anyone.
