The Great Barrier Reef is an ABSOLUTE beautyyyyy and there’s no better place to dive for a few days than the reef! The adventure of staying out on the reef for 3 days and 2 nights on one of the EPIC live aboard boats is an experience like NO other.
On this tour you’ll be able to get down under in underwater world and explore the reef, see the beautiful coral and look for turtles, reef sharks (they don’t bite!), rays, nemos and an amazing array of tropical colourful fish..
This tour is suitable for those who already have their open water PADI qualification and are certified divers that want to spend an EPIC 3 days 2 nights diving the reef whilst on a liveaboard boat. If you want gain your PADI qualification to dive on the reef click here.
You’ll be able to dive on some of the best dive sites the Outer Great Barrier Reef has to offer as well as plenty of time relax and really enjoy the reef experience. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in up to 11 dives {including 2 night dives!}. This trip offers the ultimate experience and value and will open up some awesome underwater opportunities {make sure you send us your underwater turtle selfies and shots you get}
You’ll have an experience like no other whilst you are on the epic liveaboard boat! These boats are the absolute bomb and are purpose built for liveaboard diving adventures, you’ll have air conditioning, double or twin share rooms, and a large lounge and a sundeck area. Be prepared to have an awesome personalised experience with a small group of around 30 people, we can guarantee you a relaxed and intimate experience. So not only will you be getting to dive on one of the most incredible reefs in the world but you’ll also be with a group of fellow legends as the Pro Dive crew are awesome and will ensure you have the BEST time whilst giving you their expert guidance. You’ll be living on the boat for 3 days & 2 nights and whilst onboard all
of your accommodation and food is included and everything you need to dive is provided!

Tour information:
The night before departure:
If you have time between 4:30pm – 6:30pm we suggest you drop into The Pro Dive Retail Shop, located on the corner of Grafton & Shields Streets, to arrange your dive/snorkelling equipment for the trip. The shop will close at 7.00pm every night.
Day One pick up between 05:45-06:15 via the Complimentary hotel transfer, their pick up service is available from Cairns City & Northern Beaches accommodation.
06:15 – Check in at Pro Dive Retail Shop – corner Grafton & Shields Streets.
07:00 – Depart Cairns for 3 days & 2 nights of fantastic diving/snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef. A light breakfast is served onboard.
10:30 – Your first dive is before lunch. This dive will be offered as a guided dive with an instructor, for those divers who have not dived in a little while.
12:00 – Lunch is served – hearty soup with an array of fresh salads, cold meats & bread rolls.
14:00 – Your second dive – head off & discover more underwater delights. Once you have completed your dive the vessel moves on to the next site.
16:00 – After an afternoon of snorkelling/relaxing its time for your third dive of the trip.
18:00 – Dinner – the menu changes each trip however it will be wholesome, hot & of course lots of it!
19:30 – The night dive! We generally try to do the night dive at the same site as the afternoon dive, as this way you are familiar with your surroundings.
20:30 – Dessert is served!
Day Two – Experience further fantastic diving on the Outer Great Barrier Reef
07:00 – The vessel moves for an early morning dive. Look out for splendid gorgonian fans, giant clams and bump headed parrotfish.
08:00 – Enjoy a hearty breakfast of cereal, fresh fruit, bacon and eggs as well as toast & spreads.
10:30 – After breakfast the vessel moves on for the second dive of the day.
12:00 – Lunch on the second day is hot pasta with a variety of fresh salads.
14:30 – After lunch & a snorkel its time for your third dive.
18:00 – A hot dinner is served before your second night dive.
19:30 – Night dive!20:30 – Dessert is served!
Day Three – Morning dives and return to Cairns
06:30 – Your first dive of the day.
07:30 – A hot breakfast accompanied with fresh fruit salad, cereals and toast.
09:00 – After breakfast, the vessel makes its last site of the trip, where you will do your second dive of the day.
11:00 – Your last dive of the trip!
12:00 – A selection of freshly made sandwiches is served before the vessel heads back to Cairns
16:00 – Complimentary accommodation transfers – Cairns City & Northern Beaches.
19:30 – Join fellow passengers & crew at a local restaurant for a farewell dinner! (optional)
