I spent hours looking at camper rentals for a trip to New Zealand and Australia next year .... and honestly, I thought the call with Rat Pack representative Jules might be a waste of time. How wrong was I!! Fantastic service from Reuben from start to finish. He was incredibly informative, answered all of our questions clearly, and made the whole process of booking our motorhome completely stress-free. Seems like a great young team with a great product.We had a few little hurdles to begin with, but Mikey was really quick to respond and get things sorted for us. He listened to what we need, got us a good few options and we get a discount off normal online rates too - how good is that!
