The whole experience of booking an RV was fantastic. They made it seem so easy with very seamless transactions an enjoyable experience all around.

Ryan was wry easy to work with. He quickly picked up on our travel needs and as senior people he was respectful and supportive in our slower use of technology to get the information required before we booked.

We recently booked a trip with RatPack travel, we booked 2 RVs for next summer in Australia and New Zealand. I’m so grateful for we found RatPack… from the very start they made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. I worked with Ryan and George, both of them were so friendly and took their time to learn about me and my family to help create a custom trip for us. We had a large group and they helped us find 2 RVs at a price that was much cheaper than I was expecting because of all the discounts they found found! They also gave us a bunch of great ideas on how to spend our time and found us campsites that are free. I can not recommend these guys enough! Thanks guys for the great experience

Reuben called so promptly, the service was absolutely spectacular. The recommendations he provided were unbelievably cheap compared to the fairly extensive amount of market research that I had done myself. I was at the point where I was pretty stumped on who to go with and I went from being confused and disheartened to excited and able to make a decision within an hour. Reuben was so accommodating, knowledgable and competent. Could not recommend enough.

I’ve just used RatPack travel to book a small 2 person camper van for next year to tour the Australian outback. It will be my first visit to Oz so know very little about what to expect. However, Ryan & George from the company have been so approachable and knowledgeable. The process of booking has been easy, informative and a good experience. Firstly I’m looking forward to my trip next year having the confidence that I’ve booked the right type of vehicle, and happy in the knowledge that if I need to make any changes, I can pick up the phone and speak to Ryan or George and chat with them like they’re old friends.
