Where's home?
Byron Bay
Languages spoken:
English and a little German! (It’s a working progress).
A little about me:
When I'm not chatting to travellers about their roadtrips, I love to spend time surfing and adventuring with my family and friends all around NSW! I’m very grateful to have grown up in the Byron Bay area, and I’ll continue to call this my home.
I’ve recently started to travel more outside of Australia, and after meeting my Girlfriend in Bali, I’ve spent lots of time over in Europe, particularly Germany.
My hobbies are:
Surfing, surfing, and surfing. You’ll always catch me on my e-bike riding around Byron going from beach to beach. Being out in the water with the sound of waves crashing and the sea breeze on your face, It feels like a form of meditation.
Favourite spot in Australia:
My favourite spot in all of Aus is little watergoes in Byron. It’s the most eastern point of Australia and has awesome surf and it has beautiful nature! You can do the lighthouse walk from here, you can have BBQ’s on the beach, and you can usually see Koalas at The Pass.
Backpacking tips:
Get out of the city and into nature! Go camping as much as possible, it’s the best way to get to know a country. That’s why campervans and motorhomes are so good for Australia and New Zealand, the nature and landscapes are so special, and you can't see that from inside a hotel room!
