Day 1

Get exploring the bay! Head straight for Johnson Street and check out all the epic cafes and boutiques that Byron has to offer, after that head down to main beach to check out the local sounds from the buskers and come meet the RatPack crewwwww in our mobile HQ, we’re not hard to find trust us….In the evening take the coastal path up to the lighthouse, watch the surfers at the pass, check out Wategos beach, look out for dolphins on your way up and then take a seat and watch the sunset at the Cape Byron Lighthouse for the best view of the bayyyy >> we recommend taking some snacks to do it properly!

Day 2 - Meet the locals..

Head out with the crew at GoSeaKayak on a Dolphin Kayaking trip, the sea around Byron and the Cape is home to hundreds of dolphins who surf the waves and like to show off to the visitors! These guys are scared and you’ll see loads whilst kayaking around the cape. The guys are legends and will give you advice and let you in on Byron secrets. If you are here during whale season (July – Oct) you might see Humpbacks too! After a morning or afternoon’s kayaking head to the beach and CHILL, trust us you’ll be thankful for some chill time after this workout.

Day 3 - As Hippy as it gets..

Head out on a full day trip with the legends from Happy Coach! These legends provide an E P I C full day out checking out the infamous town of Nimbin…out in the hinterlands of Byron you’ll find this awesome spot full of quirky shops, art galleries and many other activities {ahaha you know what we’re talking about}. Also on this day you’ll visit waterfalls, venture through the forest and they’ll provide you with a bloody tasty BBQ. The crew are hilarious quirky characters and will keep you entertained with their music choices and stories! In the evening head out to the Beach Hotel aka Beachy for live bands, good sounds and a guaranteed good time >> Monday means Reggae night and is one not to be missed!

Day 4 - the Byron way.

If you wanna do the true Byron experience…. Learn to surf in the home of aussie surf, you might even catch the hemsworths out doing their thing on the waves! You’ll have an epic day, get some cool pics of you learning and will never forget that time you went surfing in Byron Bay yewwwwwww. Like all good surfers, head out and get some food after a full on workout UNO. There’s loads of epic spots in town to get a good spot of food but our faves are – Byron Fresh, Safiya, Taste of Malaka, Fishmongers The Treehouse at Belongil, all the sushi spots and then finish it off with some bevvies for sure in town! Where else can you kayak with dolphins, watch buskers that go on to be hugeeee (hello Tones and I) and learn to surf?

I’d definitely recommend spending at least 5 days in Byron, you won’t regret it!
