We’re no ordinary travel company, RatPack is formed from a group who are all young experienced travellers – between us when it comes to Australia and New Zealand, we’ve been there and done it!

We’ve all worked, travelled and experienced life on this side of the world, we’ve been there and done it and now we want to give you our tips and tricks.

Half our crew work on Oz time and the other half work on Euro time meaning we are here to answer your travel questions around the clock!

Around a week/ 2 weeks ago, Reuben helped me and 2 friends book a super cool campervan even though it was so last minute and in peak season! Without him and Ratpack, we were starting to panic that we wouldn’t be able to have our Aussie van summer and I’m grateful to them. Reuben made the process so easy and stress-free, which is super important to me as I am already a bit of an anxious traveller. Thank you to him and the team :)))

Dom was fab with helping us book our campervan trip from Sydney to Brisbane. We had a couple of phone calls before booking & he was super responsive, even with us booking from the UK with an 11 hour time difference!We even got a small discount with booking through RatPack Travel rather than going direct to the company. Thank you!!

Booking our Motorhome for our NZ South Island adventure was the most painless experience we have ever experienced.
